About
Nestled among the vineyards, orchards, canyons, and wetlands of the lower Yakima Valley, located in the sagebrush desert of Central Washington, my writing studio provides a variety of writing services, including editing, proofreading, coaching, workshops, and retreats. I have an MFA in Writing from Pacific University and over twenty years of teaching, writing, editing, and publishing experience.

Editing
I offer in-depth feedback on any piece of prose, from a single page to a book-length manuscript. I consider elements like structure, style, voice, point of view, characters, pacing, logic, and thoroughness of research, while encouraging you to give me direction on the areas in which you would like specific feedback.
Feedback always focuses on encouraging you as a writer and making your prose as strong as it can be.
Rate: $60/hour.
Coaching
Workshops
I can help you with any challenges you might experience with your work-in-progress. I offer practical tools, motivation, and guidance that will empower you to be successful.
Coaching can take place face-to-face, by phone, or online through Skype or Zoom.
Rate: $45/hour.
